Who we are

Ohana Assistance Foundation transitional housing is a short-term living arrangement designed to help individuals and families move from crisis situations—such as homelessness, domestic violence, or substance recovery—into stable, permanent housing. These programs provide more than just a roof; they offer a safe and supportive environment where residents can begin to rebuild their lives. The duration of stay typically ranges from a few months up to two years, depending on individual needs and program structure.

In addition to housing, participants have access to vital support services such as case management, job training, mental health counseling, financial planning, and life skills development. These services are aimed at addressing the root causes of instability and preparing residents for long-term self-sufficiency. By combining shelter with comprehensive support, transitional housing creates a foundation for lasting change and a pathway to independence.
